NNED Training Update

This is just a test news letter that NNED will be using in the future to communicate news and information to people's inboxes.

The reasons for this news letter style and medium is:

To Keep everyone informed
To provide Timely updates
To ease the burden of sending emails from just a few individuals

The news letters can contain graphics and highlighted html text as well as just text. This will hopefully translate into a better way to communicate within the district.
